You may return or exchange most items purchased on PrimaryGlasses.com. For details please refer to our return and exchange policy.
If the items you ordered are defective in any way, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving the order and we will exchange it free of charge.
You may return or exchange items that you are not satisfied with within 14 days of receiving your order. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received, including packaging and certificates of authenticity. Shipping charges in both directions will apply. You will be responsive for return shipping and $5.95 will be deducted from your refund. We advise that you use a shipping method with tracking as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
The cost of prescription lenses is not refundable, unless the lenses are defective or there was an error on our part. Whenever possible we will try to reuse the existing lenses and reinstall them into the new frame at no charge. Otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of new lenses and any additional coatings.
All non-deliverable items are subject to a 10% restocking fee on frame. Cost of lenses will not be refunded.
If a promotional deal was applied to your order and you wish to return the order, $19.95 will be deducted from your refund.
If your order includes prescription lenses, you may cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it without paying any cancellation or restocking fees. All other orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned and a restocking fee may apply.
Prescription lenses and custom non-prescription lenses are non-refundable. If the lenses have to be returned due to our error , we will replace them free of charge. In all other cases we will not be able to cover these costs. Please confirm all information before releasing it to us. We strongly recommend that all prescriptions are emailed or faxed to us to eliminate any possibilities of errors.
