All frames sold on PrimaryGlasses.com come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. This one-time warranty repair or exchange is available from the original manufacturer and covers any manufacturer defect that did not result from impact or unauthorized repairs.
In the event that your frame requires service, please contact us at (866) 256-2660 or email@example.com to initiate the repair/exchange. In order to process any warranty claim, the frame must be returned. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to our New York location and back to you. We will either repair or replace the defective frame(s) at our discretion. We will notify you of the processing time once we receive the frame and assess the damage.
We offer a 1-year warranty on custom lenses sold on PrimaryGlasses.com. The warranty covers only polycarbonate and high-index lenses against scratches and peeling. Due to the fragile nature of plastic lenses, we do not offer a warranty for this material.
